A studio situated on a top location in Marbella; down at the beach, 200 m from the old town and right in the centre of Marbella.

The studio is on the top floor, 14th, facing westward with fantastic afternoon sun and sunsets. Full view of the sea and the mountains and spectacular sights of Gibraltar and Africa on clear days.

The studio is completely renovated in 2014 in local limestone with Spanish oak details. There is floor heating in the entire apartment as well as air conditioning.

The building is one of the classical buildings from the 1960s with a 24/7 reception and doorman service.
