Beach!

Our beach is called La Venus and then it just goes on and on! The beaches of El Faro, La Fontanilla and later the ones of the Golden Mile, such as El Ancón and Nagüeles before arriving in Puerto Banús 6 kilometers down the coast.

Hiking

The beautiful nature of Sierra Blanca is right behind Marbella and is easily reached by car, bus or just hiking. This is also where the national park of Serranía de las Nieves commences, which goes all the way to Ronda. One spectacular trek is to walk up to the Refugio Juanar (3 hours), an old hunting lodge which serves lunch, dinner or coffee and where you can spend the night. The fittest go on climbing the peak…

A nice activity is to walk to Puerto Banús along the beach (6 kilometers) and take the boat back.

Whale watching

In the strait between Spain and Morocco there are currents that bring nutritious water to the surface. Whales and dolphins have always known, but not man. Only since recently have these extraordinary waters been possible to visit on whale watching safaris. Today there are Excursions from Tarifa (2hours from Marbella) that take you out to spot pilot whales, killer whales and three types of dolphins.

Other nice excursions could be to take the car and visit the villages Ojén, Istán or Ronda.
